Wedding Photography FAQ’s
What area do you cover?
We are wedding photographers based in Warwickshire, covering the West Midlands, Leicestershire and Gloucestershire, although we love to travel throughout the UK.
How do I book?
Like most photographers, we get booked up far in advance, especially around spooky season so please get in touch as soon as possible via our contact form to check our availability.
Is there a booking fee?
We take a booking fee to secure your date in our diary. This comes off your final balance. Full payment is due one month before the wedding date.
How far in advance do we need to book?
Good wedding photographers get booked up way in advance. We take bookings several years in advance. If you find the phtoographer you vibe with them book them as soon as you are able.

Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured with both public liability and professional indemnity insurance. If your venues want proof of supplier insurance, just let us know and we can provide it.
We don’t like having our photo taken, is that a problem?
No not at all! Clare is notoriously camera shy. We don’t ask for cheesy grins for the camera, we are more about capturing your connection as you are yourselves with each other. We give little direction but want you to feel relaxed and have fun. The feedback we get from our couples is how comfortable we made them feel in front of the camera.
