It was mid May when Tara and Mikey celebrated their wedding day at Pontypool Register Office followed by a handfasting ceremony at the Druid Stones in the stunning surroundings of Pontypool park in Monmouthshire. Joined by their friends, family and loved ones it was set to be a fun filled day of celebrations.
It was early morning on Tara’s wedding day and Tara was busy having her makeup done. The mood was upbeat, the room filled with excitement as the children played together before they all got ready for the day ahead. The morning passed quickly, everyone was very excited and it was almost time for Tara to put on her dress and add the finishing touches to her outfit before heading to the ceremony venue with her bridesmaids and pageboys. Tara was glowing as she entered the ceremony room holding her sons hand. She smiled brightly as she walked towards Mikey. Standing together, they said their vows to each other, each looking lovingly at the other as they exchanged rings before celebrating their marriage with a first kiss. After the ceremony, Tara, Mikey and their guests took a walk through the beautiful Pontypool park to get the Druid Stones where they celebrated with a handfasting ceremony.
As the day continued, celebrations were in full swing. Tara, Mikey and their guests enjoyed a delicious meal, and drinks. The children played happily on the dancefloor. Celebrations continued into the evening. Spirits were high and before long it was time for Tara and Mikey to take to the dancefloor for their first dance together. They embraced as they circled and spun around the floor together. It sure was going to be a party that would last all night.
